Welcome to Hartford Association of Insurance Women, Inc.
HAIW and NAIW serves its members by providing professional education, an environment in which
to build business alliances and the opportunity to make connections with people of differing
career paths and levels of experience within the insurance industry.

The Capitol of Connecticut - Hartford is located in Hartford County. The area once
was explored by Dutch fur traders. It was settled by Massachusetts colonists. As one of the earliest and strongest colonial
centers, it was an important military supply depot during the American Revolution.
Landmarks include the old statehouse,
1796, where the Hartford Convention met, and the site of the famous Travelers Insurance tower. The city's many parks include
Elizabeth Park, scene of an annual rose festival, and Colt Park.

Meeting Reservation form has been posted to the site, with updated contact information for the HAIW 2009-2010 Board.
